The E-Z Records™ Equine software for Windows 95/98/XP offers an exciting, easy to use method of managing any equine breeding operation.  This program allows the Densimeter to communicate directly with a personal computer via a serial cable. Version 1.22 of the E-Z Records™ Equine program is designed to work with the 591a, 590a and 534B Densimeters. A new version of E-Z Records™ will be available in 2008 that operates with the following Densimeter models -- 534B, 590a, 591a and 591B. This new version will be compatible with Microsoft's Vista operating system.

E-Z Records™ keeps track of your breeding program by recording information into a database for later reporting and review.  Stallions and their mare book are grouped into "farms" and statistical information for these groupings are automatically generated. Information recorded into the farm database includes stallions, individual collections, doses, and booked mares.  Convenient reports on each collection, stallion summary, transported dose, and mare insemination history may be printed.

• Improved Report Generation: E-Z Records™ report generation has been completely updated to improve printing speed and quality.  Your custom logo may now be added to the top of each report.
• New Stallion Breeding Report: E-Z Records™ will now automatically generate an end of season Stallion Breeding Report.
• New Information Storage: E-Z Records™ now records the AV Temperature during collection, duration of storage and motility at insemination for transported doses, and several other important parameters.
• Data Export: E-Z Records™ can now export data into external databases and spreadsheets for specialized analysis or report generation.
• Support for the new 590a Densimeter: E-Z Records™ Equine is now compatible with both the 534B and 590a Densimeters.  Densimeter may be connected to any COM port (COM1-COM4).

Minimum system requirements for the E-Z Records™ Equine program are a Pentium II 300 MHz or equivalent system, 20M free disk space, 32M RAM, a RS232 serial port (A USB adapter is available separately), and Windows® 98 or Windows® XP operation system. For optimal performance a Pentium III 400 MHz or faster system with 64M+ RAM, and Windows® XP is recommended. In addition, a Windows compatible printer is recommended for report generation.

The E-Z Records™ program is encoded to work with a specific serial numbered Densimeter.  When ordering this item, enter the Densimeter's serial number into the comment area of the checkout screen.
