ARS - Equine - Disposable Artificial Insemination Kits

The Disposable Artificial Insemination Kit contains all the supplies required to artificially inseminate a mare. Each individually wrapped kit includes a shoulder length plastic glove, an 21" plastic insemination pipette (tube) and choice of adaptor (plastic, rubber, or drilled pipette without adapter) and syringe size (10, 20 and 50ml). Selected insemination kits can be purchased with a gauge to help the user determine the proper depth for insemination. All artificial insemination kits can be purchased as individually wrapped or individually wrapped and sterilized products. I

Individual items contained in the kit may also be purchased in bulk.

Choice of syringes:
ARS offers a choice of three different syringe sizes in our AI Kits.
10ml Syringe - ideal for frozen semen and low volume on-farm inseminations.
20ml Syringe - used for standard on-farm breeding dose
50ml (60ml) Syringe - cooled/shipped and large on-farm breeding doses.

Individually Packaged Disposable AI Kits with Drilled Pipette

Lowest cost AI Kit. End of pipette is drilled to allow the syringe to slide directly into the pipette. Includes a shoulder length obstetrical sleeve, 21" drilled plastic insemination pipette, choice of syringe size, and gauge if desired.

Optional Gauge:
Gauges are available for selected AI kits. The gauge gives the user a positive tactile confirmation when the pipette has been inserted to the proper depth.
